Why Exhibit?

exhibitorsConnections will be made everywhere—in educational sessions, on the show floor, at reception and during networking events.

Exhibitor information at a Glance:

  • Booth Price: 8×8 booth is $550 and 8×16 booth is $975. Special reduced pricing for 8×8 booth is $350 for non-profit organizations. Prices are for both days of the conference
  • Exhibitors must be present for both days of the conference
  • The price for exhibitor booths allow up to 4 staff members, additional staff is $50 each
  • All Exhibitors now have the opportunity to have an 8×11 advertisement in the program which will be distributed to all attendees for an additional $300
  • Exhibitor staff members must wear a KKCA provided badge at all times. This is for security reasons. There also much be at least 1 employee at the booth at all times
  • All Exhibitor attendees will have 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch each day and breaks for more dedicated exhibit hall time. Additional lunches (above 4) is $35 each
  • ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY IN ADDITION TO SIGNING UP FOR A BOOTH

Exhibitor Booth Set-up information:

  • Exhibitor Set-up: Friday, April 22nd from 6-8am. The only loading and unloading area is in-front of the Hilton entrance. Exhibitors are responsible to bring tablecloths / skirting & company back drops for the booths
  • Exhibitor Hours: Friday, April 22nd from 8-5pm and Saturday, April 23rd from 8-5pm
  • Exhibitor Tear-down: Saturday, April 23 beginning at 4:30pm
